Meet Hemil Patel, our driving force and Assistant Girls Pathway Coach, whose cricketing expertise has illuminated the cricketing landscape. Hemil's coaching journey began at the esteemed City Cricket Academy, where he served as a Senior Coach and took the helm of Youth League cricket, orchestrating vibrant group sessions and thrilling matches.

With a trail of success, Hemil made his way to Leicestershire, where he contributed as an Assistant Coach for the U15 Girls team, nurturing emerging talent. His coaching prowess extends across various age groups, including the Leicestershire U11, U13, and U18 Girls, where he fine-tuned the skills of young cricketers.

But that's not all—Hemil's dedication to women's cricket led him to work with The Blaze, the Regional Girls Team uniting talented players from the four East Midlands Counties. As both a Coach and a scout, Hemil played a pivotal role in honing the skills of these rising cricket stars.
